BPI Scored Bad On Me

BPI should make ways on improving their phone customer service. Imagine that from 2025H tonight up to this posting date (2145H), I never heard a live customer support agent to assist my concern with my online account after more than an hour of waiting, selecting through various options and it would be safe to say that there’s no priority line in their 89-100 service (trying to talk to a CS agent as if I lost my credit card).
