And Another Year Passed By

Time flies so fast and I have just turned 24. The past year has been good to me and I wish this happiness I have would continue till the next year. No, I don’t have a girlfriend and I think it would be another NGSBBC (No Girlfriend Since Birth and By Choice) for me but the happiness that I have inside of me is the contentment that I have: a supportive family, a stable career, happy set of friends, officemates (and one of them even sent her greeting over the airwaves through RX 93.1), choirmates, and almost all acquaintances that I share life with.

Though I must say that this is the most thrifty without being stingy birthday that I had (so far) since I started work (primarily because of Canon who took most of my extra savings for that new lens). But, that doesn’t make me less of a person but over all, I really thank God for what HE has given me especially the happiness that I have from within. Next year, I would be a quarter of a life (that is if I reach a century) but while I start my journey to that stage, I hope that everything would be fine (despite getting eyebrow raises from my paranoid actions). 😛

Again, thanks for all the birthday greetings and pleasantries. It’s fun sharing life and celebrating with people around you!

  1. Belated happy birthday and kudos to you!…It is indeed fun sharing life and celebrating with people around you. I’m obsessed with happiness too. I don’t have a partner (’cause I don’t think it’s a necessity); I love my family and friends so much, and most importantly, I am contented (at least, i think I am). Happiness is indeed an inside job. 🙂

  2. Happy Birthday, bro!

I am glad that things are working out for you and that you are contented with your current situation. However, don’t be too contented because I am sure there’s more out there for you.

Enjoy your day and may your success continue in the coming year.

    Cheers!
